When should I book?

For wedding flowers, due to the popularity of some dates, it is best that you let us know as soon as possible.

Book Parties and workshops as soon as possible as dates fill up quickly – particularly for hen parties and Christmas workshops.

If I book a consultation am I committed to book my wedding or event with you?

You can have a chat with us anytime about your flower ideas. Our initial consultations are free and you are under no obligation to book your wedding with Blush.

At an initial consultation, we will help you consider all aspects of your wedding flowers from theme, style and colours, the bridal bouquet and bridesmaids’ flowers to church and venue decoration, right down to buttonholes and corsages.

Do you have a pricelist?

Our pricelist is a guide, we are happy to work with you and within your budget however limited! In our consultation we provide a quotation based on what you would like, but we are always happy to work with you on this if it is too high or if you want to add additional elements to your flowers.

Our Party packages set out what is included, it depends on the type of arrangements and what is included in the package – but the beauty is you can decide what you want for your party!

With weddings and events we try to keep it simple. We send you a quotation with details of the flowers, colours and styles. There are no ‘hidden extras’, we aim to work with you and prices we agree will be the prices that you pay, no matter how far in advance you book. The only time prices may change is if you change the type of flowers ordered.

Once I have received my quotation, will prices change?

We try to keep it simple. There are no hidden charges, prices will only change if you request a substantial change in the type of flowers you would like and we will let you know the difference in price as soon as possible.

Oh dear! The quotation is higher than I expected

Don’t worry! We want to help make your day special and beautiful with perfect flowers within your budget. We are happy to review our quote and designs to suit your budget, whether it be using less expensive blooms or tweaking the design – we will make sure you get the most beautiful designs and flowers your budget can accommodate!

I want to reduce the environmental impact of my wedding and use locally grown and seasonal flowers

Wherever possible we use local and UK growers, if you prefer to source solely from UK growers, we can help you to design flowers that are seasonally appropriate and available without air freight.

Is there a delivery charge?

We cover Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan and surrounding areas free of charge. If your wedding is further afield there will be a delivery charge of between £50 and £100.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

To save your date, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit when you confirm your booking with Blush. The deposit will then be deducted from your final bill.

When do I have to pay?

We need payment in full, three weeks prior to the wedding by either cash or cheque.

On our Wedding day, how will we get the flowers?

We deliver the flowers for your wedding and the reception at an agreed time suitable for you.

Can I hire the vintage china and vases, birdcages or stands for my pedestal arrangements?

To make your day unique we also have a variety of stands and props for hire. Including vintage china and cake stands. We require a £50 deposit, this is refundable in full on the safe return of any items.
